1. THE MANICURE COMPANY REWARDS PROGRAM

 

1.1 What is TMC Rewards?

TMC Rewards is our free rewards program that is currently available to our online customers only. When you join TMC Rewards, you will earn points on your product purchases and for other customer actions such as connecting your social media accounts and referring a friend. Your participation in the TMC Rewards program is governed by this policy as well as our Terms and Conditions.

 

1.2 How do I join TMC Rewards?

You can sign up to TMC Rewards online by selecting "Join Now/ Sign In". By signing up to TMC Rewards, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age. If you don't yet have an account with TMC, you will need to create one before you can sign up. There is no sign-up fee to join TMC Rewards. If you change your mind and want to cancel your participation in TMC Rewards, please contact us by email at info@themanicurecompany.com and we will arrange for your TMC Rewards account to be closed.

 

1.3 Account information and communications.

Any personal information you provide to us in connection with the TMC Rewards program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating in TMC Rewards, you will periodically receive emails from us relating to your membership. This may include emails informing you that you have enough points to redeem a coupon or that you have enough dollars spent to move to the next Tier. If you do not want to receive these emails you will have the option to unsubscribe from them, although some are required for the proper functioning of the TMC Rewards program.

 

1.4 How it works.

Points can be redeemed for rewards which enable you to receive a discount on future product purchases.

  

1.5 How do I earn points?

You can earn points for every €1 you spend at The Manicure Company online, excluding money spent on gift cards, taxes and shipping and delivery charges. Please contact us for a full list of exclusions. You will not earn any points on historic purchases made before you join TMC Rewards. The number of points you earn will depend on the transaction or interaction.

50 points

One-time reward. Maximum of 50 points. We track points and rewards using your email address. There is a limit of one TMC Rewards account per customer.

2 points per €1 spent

Points accrue on our confirmation of your online order. If your order is cancelled, refunded or if we are otherwise unable to proceed with your order, any points earned from that order will be cancelled. Rewards are issued on the ex vat value of the order. Shipping and delivery fee's are also not eligible for reward points.

Refer a friend

€5 OFF voucher

Unlimited. You can refer as many people as you like. You will receive the reward each time that a friend that you refer, in accordance with these terms and conditions, makes their first purchase, as long as they are new to the TMC Rewards program. Existing TMC Rewards members are not eligible to be referred.

Birthday Reward

500 Points

When signing up to TMC rewards you will be asked to enter your date of birth. Once per year you will then receive your birthday reward of 500 points. Birth dates must be a minimum of 30 days later than the date of sign up to receive the reward in the same year.

   

  

1.6 What purchases count for rewards?

All physical products purchased online on www.themanicurecompany.com, except for the purchase of gift cards. If you purchase products using coupons, discount codes or promotions, you will earn points on the discounted price at checkout. You can earn points for purchases made using a gift card but you cannot earn points for purchasing a gift card.

 

1.7 How do I spend my points?

You will see options on how to redeem your points in the REWARDS area of the TMC Rewards panel. Redeem your points for coupons in increments of 100 points. For example, you can exchange 100 points for a €1 coupon or 250 points for a 10% off coupon. TMC Reward points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit. You cannot use your points or a coupon to purchase a gift card.

  

1.8 How long do my benefits last?

Currently rewards and benefits have no set expiry date. This is subject to change.

 

1.9 How can I check my points balance?

You can check your points balance in your TMC Rewards panel. The history of your points activity is displayed under the ACTIVITY tab. Points do not always accrue immediately and can take some time to show up on your balance.

 

1.10 How do I refer a friend?

Once you sign up to TMC Rewards, go to your TMC rewards panel to find your referral link. Share this link with your friends and colleagues. Once they sign up and make a purchase you will receive your €5 off reward. 

 

1.11 Can I use my rewards with other discounts, promotions or coupons?

You can only use one reward, discount code, promotion or coupon at a time.

 

1.12 Can I transfer my points or benefits to another account?

Points are personal to you and cannot be transferred to, merged with or redeemed by or between customers. However, if you redeem your points for a reward or benefit, you can then give this to someone else these must not be sold. We track points and benefits using your email address. There is a limit of one TMC Rewards account per customer. Attempting to sell or transfer points is prohibited.

 

1.13 Restrictions.

We may suspend, limit or prevent you from redeeming points, using benefits or otherwise from participating in the TMC Rewards program if we suspect that your use of your account is unauthorized, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or in violation of this policy or our Terms and Conditions. This may include but is not limited to: (i) creating multiple accounts; (ii) making false referrals; (iii) reselling products (including those obtained through TMC Rewards); (iv) using any script, bot, data mine or other automated means to abuse or attempt to gain an unfair advantage over the TMC Rewards program; or (v) otherwise going against the spirit of the program, such as by improperly or unfairly acquiring, accumulating or spending points.

 

1.14 Cancellation and amendment.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend the terms and conditions of this policy, including the benefits available, at any time. Reward points, benefits or coupons can be terminated at any time at our discretion. We also reserve the right (in our sole discretion) to suspend or terminate any customer's account if a virus or technical problem corrupts the administration, security, safety or proper function of our Website or the TMC Rewards Program, or otherwise breaches this policy or our Terms and Conditions.

1.16 Disputes.

In the event of a dispute arising relating to the application or administration or the TMC Rewards Program including those relating to points, benefits, rewards or coupons (a "Dispute"), The Manicure Company's decision on the matter will be final. The sole and exclusive remedy of a participant in the TMC Rewards program in the event of a Dispute shall be the issuance of points, coupons or other benefits, if available, or such other comparable benefit as determined by The Manicure Company in its sole discretion. In no event shall The Manicure Company have any other liability to the participant whatsoever.
